Power of Attorney（POA）とは
Power of Attorney（略称：POA）は、本人（Principal）が特定の業務や法的権限を、代理人（Attorney-in-Fact または Agent）に委任する正式な文書です。
日本語でいう「委任状」に相当しますが、国際取引・商取引・法務の分野では、より法的拘束力の強い英文契約書として扱われます。
